Did overzealous Pet Police go too far in breaking into a car to "rescue" two
Yorkies? The owner says he took out the back seat, was a cloudy day at 55
degrees and their beloved dogs were never in danger. RPOA dog owners take
their dogs in their cars with them on many occasions. It could happen to
any of us! Shocking to say the least.
